Die TFA wurde 2009 gegründet. Sie ist eine Initiative von Freund:innen, Künstlerkolleg:innen und Kurator:innen, die durch öffentliche Veranstaltungen, Ausstellungen und Konzerte sowie Forschungsprojekte und transdisziplinäre Symposien das künstlerische Werk von Terry Fox sichtbar machen will. Die TFA unterstützt und betreut die Erstellung eines Werkverzeichnisses und vermittelt zwischen Museen, öffentlichen Institutionen, Sammler:innen und Galerist:innen. Sie plant und organisiert Aktivitäten, die zur Erforschung und Veröffentlichung der künstlerischen Wirkung von Terry Fox auf Künstler:innen seiner und folgender Generationen dienen.
The TFA was founded in 2009. It’s a group of friends, artists, and curators who want to promote the art of Terry Fox via public projects, exhibitions, and concerts, as well as research projects and cross-discipline symposia. The TFA supports and serves the production of a catalog raisonné, and therefore mediates between museums, public institutions, collectors, and gallerists. The TFA plans and organizes acitivities for research and communication of the artistic influence that Terry Fox and his Work has had – and will continue to have – on artists of his and following generations.
